Student Handbook

Title IX/Sexual Misconduct
ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is committed to creating a safe educational environment for all students, faculty, and staff. Sexual misconduct of any kind, including, but not limited to, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, sexual harassment, or retaliation for reporting such offenses, will not be tolerated.
Florida Sexual Offender Registry
Through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), you may obtain a list of sexual offenders and predators registered as enrolled, employed, or volunteering at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½.
Stop Campus Hazing Act
In accordance with the Federal Stop Campus Hazing Act (S.2901, H.R. 5646; Public Law No. 118-173), ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is committed to transparency and accountability in addressing hazing misconduct as defined under Section 1006.63, Florida Statutes.
