Notice: Effective on or after April 20, 2026 TEAS will only be accepted by the Nursing program if the test was taken on-campus at one of the BC Testing and Assessment Centers. Remote testing will no longer be available for BC nor will remote TEAS scores be accepted. TEAS scores from another institution will also no longer be accepted whether taken on-campus or remotely.
TEAS is a new test which will be accepted for admission into the Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program beginning with the Fall 2025 admission cohort.
ATI (Assessment Technologies Institute) TEAS® (Test of Essential Academic Skills) is designed specifically to assess students’ academic preparedness entering health science fields. This allows you to ensure the students you choose are right for your program before they even enter the classroom. ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ administers all 4 subtests (reading, mathematics, English and language use, and science) of the TEAS for the Nursing program.
The Dental Assisting ATD program is still requiring the HESI A2 for program admission.
